How can I order Averi’s products? You can order online via our secured ecommerce system or you can call us at 310.457.3157. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays. Orders ship within five business days. Occasionally orders will take longer depending upon gemstone availability. We will notify you if this is the case. Continental US orders are shipped either UPS or FedEx depending upon your delivery choice. All Continental US orders must ship to a physical address, please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address. Credit card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up e-mail confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax. All orders to street addresses will be shipped either United Parcel Service ("UPS") or FedEx. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Saturday and Sunday. We are not able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes except in the case of APO or FPO addresses. Shipping may be delayed due to out-of-stock items, as we only ship complete orders to keep your shipping costs low. We will notify you if your order is delayed. The cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping, what is being shipped and how quickly wish to receive your order. As you checkout, you have the option to select next day, two day or UPS Ground. When does an order get shipped? We process orders as soon as they arrive. We will contact you if we anticipate a delay in your order. How I can find out status of my order? The best way to find out about your order is to email info@averi.com. Can I check the status of my backorder online? We're sorry, at this time we are unable to provide this information online. Please email us for the status of your backorder. Which credit cards do you accept? We accept MasterCard, Visa, Check and Money Orders. We accept Discover, Debit Cards, or Cash. Money Orders must be issued by a United States Bank. Yes. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to ensure it remains private and secure. Only non-perishable items may be returned. Customer will be credited for the cost of the product(s) not including shipping charges. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order, as quickly and accurately as possible, we are usually unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. In most cases the items are shipped out to you within 24 hours of us receiving your order.
