Restring Information

Should your jewelry malfunction or break within the first 30-days of receipt/purchase, we will repair the piece at no charge, provided proof of purchase is included with the restring. A standard labor and shipping fee will be applied to all other repairs (see Restring/Repair form for details).

If your purchase was made through Averi, we encourage you to send your restring directly to us. If you expect the restring to be processed at no charge, we require a copy of your original receipt be included with the restring in order to do so.

When jewelry is restrung all the beads and gemstones go through a rejuvenation process. Our restringing service includes cleansing, re-energizing and reactivation of your jewelry for its original intention.

To have your Energy Muse jewelry restrung follow these 3 simple steps:

1) Print and Fill out the Restringing Form
Click on the ‘download restringing form’ below and a new window will open with the restringing form then press print.

2) Mail the Form and Jewelry to:

3) Packaging Instructions
It is recommended that you send your jewelry back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package. If the jewelry is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Energy Muse Jewelry to replace it.
