Fear Release If I assured you that you could finally get rid of fear, totally and forever, would you like to do it? It takes a reconditioning of your mind. Fear comes from envisioning a future which is filled with the dark side of your dreams. Every step you take is filled with darkness and Light. We live in a universe with a top and a bottom to everything. Which side do you focus on? You have a choice, in the present moment, as to what you attract in the future. Your thought patterns will draw to you a future which will fulfill your dreams or fulfill your worst nightmares. Your doubts and all your “what ifs”, come from your limited belief system which is conditioned to keep you stuck in your comfort zone. Your higher aspirations, your desire to create more for yourself and our world come from your soul wanting to be free to express greater joy, happiness, peace and love. I recently read for a lovely lady who by all outside material measurements appears to have it all, a successful business, a loving child, an elegant home and yet she is waiting to feel good about herself. She holds the fear that she is unlovable and will only believe herself worthy when her husband acknowledges her value. I could see into her husband’s heart and he does love her. As I explained, her husband is withholding his confirmation of her value as she is withholding it from herself. To change this situation I gave her insights to free herself from her fear as well as the steps needed to reach inside to strengthen her connection and better hear the inner voice of Spirit. She will see her husband reflect back to her the changes she makes. And with time I saw their marriage working out, better than ever. To strengthen her inner belief that God/Goddess is her source, not other people, circumstances or material things, is the way to release her fear of feeling unlovable or abandoned and become an empowered woman. For you to ask to understand the lessons your fears are communicating at this time is to release your fear, guilt, resentment, heartache and sleepless nights. This is the way to express your soul freely in the flow of life and without fear. Remember you have a power within, your partner who is the source of all wisdom, knowledge, strength and goodness, what an awesome partner to have! Spirit knows what you need to grow and evolve while on this planet and will bring it to you perhaps not always as you would like but as you need. As you release your fears, open your heart and soul, let in more Light and love, you can grow and create abundance, good health and love. And so we let it be.   Affirmations The lessons I learn from my fears are brought to Light, released and I now allow my heart and soul to soar and be free. With genuine intention and focus on Light, I have the courage to take the next steps forward through my fear. Nothing can stop me from my success for I am supported by my partner, God/Goddess, all that is.
